Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer shipping across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.00.

International Shipping

  • Canada: We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

  • Shipping rates for Canada are calculated at checkout and may include additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international destinations. We are working towards expanding our shipping options in the future.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At PNW Candle Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Process: To start a return, please contact us at info@pnwcandleco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Exchanges
